Returns Policy

Overview
If you change your mind after you have made a purchase we will need the product sent back to us in the original packaging, unopened and sealed. We will provide you with a store credit less the delivery fee less the restocking fee (either 20% or $25 whichever is lower).

How to Return a Product
In order to return a product to us, you need to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA), just click on the RETURNS link at the bottom of every page on the website and fill in the necessary information to get one. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted.

Return postage will be at your expense.

Refunds are only offered where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly advertised.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be given a store credit.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@goodget.com.au and one of our customer care team will assist you.

If you are claiming that your item is damaged, dead on arrival or faulty. Please know that once these have been received at GoodGet, they will be checked & tested; if your item works it will then be sent back to you so you can enjoy your purchase with no refund provided. If your item is deemed faulty it will be replaced (if possible) or credited. If an item is able to be replaced, GoodGet will cover reshipping costs.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If a faulty item is able to be replaced, GoodGet will cover reshipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
